Motivational Interviewing is all about behavior change. So, this week we will start by looking at behavior change – What is it, why & how do people do it, and what gets in the way.

We will start by meeting together for our first live session. This will be a 2 hour session where we get to know each other a little bit, lay out how this 5 week course will work and then cover our first topic – How & why people change. And why they don’t. This will be the foundation upon which we build our understanding and practice of Motivational Interviewing over the following 4 weeks. (Attendance to the live session is optional. The session will be recorded and posted here after completion.)

  2. Send me a note
  3. And lastly, complete a windowpane.
